Nova Literary Arts Magazine was named a best of show honoree and awarded three other prizes, while Niner Times brought home nine awards during the annual conference held at High Point University Feb. 24. 

Six students attended the day-long conference, which featured panel discussions, breakout sessions and media critiques. The North Carolina College Media Association is an organization that supports media operations at public and private colleges and universities in the state.
